It’s the end of the camping season and a lot of campgrounds are closing until the Spring. I found one near a dam and it’s absolutely beautiful. I’m lucky that it’s mostly abandoned or I wouldn’t be able to stay here.
Campsites, unless abandoned, are a really tough place to be if you have severe MCS. The other campers sometimes use toxic laundry products and they love to burn wood. The fact that there’s only one in ten sites in use is the only way I can stay here. Let’s hope the places further south are this empty!
I’ve spent a beautiful week here in East Tennessee, hopefully it’s going to be as good in the next spot.
